It features adjustable weights and comes with galvanized steel weights, durable Cordura fabric, a reflective YKK zipper, and colorful adjustable laces. The vest’s maximum weight capacity is as follows: Small (15 lbs), Medium (20 lbs), Large (20 lbs), and XL (25 lbs). The vest itself weighs 10 lbs, and additional weights are sold separately at 5 lbs each. Ensure weight is evenly distributed across the vest for balanced performance.
